The National Weather Service issued its first snow projections for this weekend winter storm. Delaware, which is under a winter storm watch, is predicted to receive 10.5 to 15.3 inches of snow between 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, and 7 a.m., Monday, Jan. 26.
