Microsoft released a statement regarding a massive outage affecting its 365 products — including Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams — on Thursday, Jan. 22.

It's not just you: Numerous Microsoft services weren't working most of Thursday, and the outage is continuing.

Initially, Microsoft noted that impacted features included, but were not limited to: Sending and receiving email through Exchange Online, including notification emails from Microsoft Viva Engage.
