The Pittsburgh Steelers have hosted a former Buffalo Bills coordinator for an interview as Mike McCarthy continues to build his coaching staff.

According to NFL Network reporter Tom Pelissero, the Pittsburgh Steelers are looking to the college ranks for their next outside linebackers coach.

Linebackers coach Scott McCurley, defensive coordinator Patrick Graham, and defensive backs coach Jason Simmons are all new to the organization but well-versed in McCarthy's culture and expectations.
