Monitor makers are in a specs arms race and Microsoft is making a key change to Windows 11 in an effort to keep up.
A preview update for Windows 11 allows Windows to use 1,000Hz displays which largely don't exist yet, but could set the stage for ultrasmooth productivity and gaming.
