There are so many ways to eat venison backstrap! Here is how to butterfly cut and package backstrap steaks. 1️⃣ BUTTERFLY: Find how thick you want the steaks and cut ALMOST all the way through. Then move over the same thickness and cut all the way. Lastly, fold open your steak.
