Intubation is only the beginning — not the end. One of the most common (and dangerous) complications we see after intubation is post-intubation hypotension. And in critically ill patients, a sudden drop in blood pressure can lead to poor perfusion, organ injury, or even cardiac arrest. ⚠️ As ICU nurses and emergency nurses, we have to anticipate this drop and be ready. That means understanding your patient’s hemodynamic status before you push meds, choosing induction agents wisely, and having fl
