Here is a step-by-step breakdown for inserting & removing a cup: To insert: 1️⃣ Fold it into a c-shape or a point 2️⃣ Sit or stand with one foot on the toilet 3️⃣ Insert the cup and push it all the way up 4️⃣ Rotate the cup to make sure its suctioned into the cervix To remove: 5️⃣ Pinch to release suction, empty, and clean.
