CLIPS on Instagram: "📷 Interesting fact: Scooby-Doo (2002) — The cast filmed many of their scenes with a real actor standing in for Scooby before the final animation was added. A tall movement performer wore a blue full body suit and knee pads and acted out Scooby’s gestures on set so the actors would have someone to look at and react to. Matthew Lillard, who played Shaggy, said this made the emotional scenes much easier because he could talk to a real person instead of an empty space."
