The shooting left at least 12 dead, including one of the attackers, and multiple injured. Authorities say the second shooter is in critical condition. Video obtained by CNN shows federal agents wearing ICE vests chasing a woman back to her home in Marrero, Louisiana a suburb of New Orleans. CNN’s Ryan Young reports.
