Denmark's government has admitted it did not have the legal authority to order the cull of 17 million mink over fears they could spread a mutated form of #COVID19 to humans. Constitutional law expert Prof Frederik Waage says this "serious violation" of law has "become a scandal" in Denmark, and as a result of the cull the mink farming industry has "no future".
